XRCYZ Times started with one clear goal: to give people excellent coaching, accountability, and a gym they can use anytime. What began as local training sessions grew into a 24/7 Rock Hill facility where beginners, athletes, and busy adults train with purpose.
Led by Jovon Times, whose 27+ years in fitness and sports science shape every program, the gym is built on consistency over hype. Members get direct support in training, nutrition, and daily habits, creating results that last far beyond short-term motivation.
